Fantastic Location and Helpful Staff!

The staff was helpful. They were always ready to assist with any request. The room was very clean, with comfortable beds perfect for resting. The hotel location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Masjid Nabawi Gate.
The hotel room lacked enough chairs. There was only one chair and no place to sit comfortably (a minor inconvenience though). I would have liked at least one more chair in the room.

The staff demonstrated consistent helpfulness and readiness to assist, promptly addressing guest inquiries and requests. The reception staff were polite and efficient. I was impressed by the service.

This hotel is conveniently located very near to Gate 305 of the Holy Prophet Mosque. The short distance allows quick access to the Masjid Nabawi (it's really amazing). This is convenient.

The location was acceptable. It provided reasonably easy access to nearby facilities.
The room i was given was not properly cleaned. there were hairs present in the beds and the sink was not clean. I noticed marks on the furniture too. staff at the reception were not very helpful. They initially refused an extra towel when requested.

the location was acceptable because it was close to the mosque.
I was disappointed that i was forced to change rooms one night before my departure because of work on the floor. I was not informed beforehand and it caused a hassle.

The location proved ideal for accessing the south side of al haram. The hotel's proximity to the al haram museum was a definite advantage. Jannat e bukki was also conveniently located to the right hand side of the hotel. I could easily walk to masjid e bilal in about ten minutes.
The bathroom lacked a fan. This resulted in inadequate ventilation. I noticed a slight unpleasant smell in the bathroom itself.

The room was VERY clean, and the cleanliness was top notch. The staff ensured the room remained tidy throughout the stay. I appreciated that everything was in order.

The hotel is directly in front of haram, an excellent location to be at. The closest gate IS located just next to it. Gate 305 is quite close and easy to reach.

the location was very close to the entrance of al haram. this made access very easy. several shops were available nearby. the view of the green dome from my room was excellent
sound insulation between rooms could be improved.
